By airplane
After your arrival at the airport Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel (Hamburg Airport Helmut Schmidt) take the rapid-transit railway (S-Bahn) line S1 in the direction of Hauptbahnhof (central station) / Wedel / Blankenese. Change at the station Jungfernstieg (alternatively already at Hauptbahnhof) to the S3 or S5 in the direction of Harburg / Stade / Neugraben / Buxtehude at the opposite platform and exit at the station Harburg Rathaus. Follow the signs "Universität" and "TUHH", guiding the way to our university. You will find us in building K, whose main entrance can be reached from the park located in the middle of the campus (see also campus map below).
By train
Leave your long-distance train at the station Harburg or alternatively at Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Hamburg central station). Take the rapid-transit railway (S-Bahn) line S3 or S5 in the direction of Harburg / Stade / Neugraben / Buxtehude and exit at the station Harburg Rathaus. Follow the signs "Universität" and "TUHH", guiding the way to our university. You will find us in building K, whose main entrance can be reached from the park located in the middle of the campus (see also campus map below).
By car
We are situated in building K, Denickestraße 15, 21073 Hamburg. In the rear courtyard is the entrance to the underground car park (fee-based) of the building.

You will find us in the building of the Centre for X-ray and Nano Science (CXNS, building 94), as well as in the building of the Center for Hybrid Nanostructures (CHyN, building 600). By train

Our location in the northwest of Hamburg is on the Bahrenfeld / DESY campus. The main entrance to the site is at the address Notkestraße 85, 22607 Hamburg. The side entrance, which is open for a limited time, can be found at the address Luruper Chaussee 149, 22761 Hamburg. Registration with the gatekeeper is required at both entrances. You will find us on the campus in the building of the Centre for X-ray and Nano Science (CXNS, building 94), as well as in the building of the Center for Hybrid Nanostructures (CHyN, building 600).
